Registration: Current paid 2016 Club members must register before Sunday 1/1/17 to receive the discounted entry fee. Online registration will close at noon (12:00pm) on Wednesday 1/18/17 (or sooner if race capacity is reached). Walk-up registration may be available at packet pick-up and race morning if the event is not full, but your best bet is to register online now! Course Map & Information: http://connect.garmin.com/jsPlayer/141582218 A digital race clock will be positioned at the start/finish for you to keep track of your own time. There will be no chip timing so that we can save the added expense and give it back to you the members in the form of better quality swag for this event and other member benefits throughout the year!
On-course Hydration & Medical Services: Water station near mid-point of the course. Dare County EMS will be on-call.
Packet Pick-up: Friday 1/20/17 from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Aviation Park, 106 Veterans Drive, Kill Devil Hills (Take Colington Road off of 158 near Milepost 8.5) or Race Day from 8:00am-8:45am on-site at Aviation Park.
Post-race Hospitality: Light refreshments for registered participants only. No alcohol is permitted.
Race Day Parking: Across the street at First Flight High School, 100 Veterans Drive, Kill Devil Hills (take Colington Road off of 158 near Milepost 8.5). No parking is allowed at Aviation Park on race morning (race operations & post-race hospitality will be based there).
Refunds/Transfers/Inclement Weather: There will be no refunds or transfers. The race will be held rain or shine, but may be delayed or cancelled in the event of unsafe weather conditions (ex. lightning).
