Who We Are
RaceIt.com is owned by USRaceWorks, an established sports technology firm
with a national client base. USRaceWorks is a successful venture that
grew out of a common need we found at many of our clients.
The RaceIt.com platform is now in its second major release stage and supports
online event registration for diverse sporting events. The corporate
structure at USRaceWorks allows us to efficiently support and respond to clients while
leveraging the skills and resources of our parent company, Ironworks Consulting,
when necessary to quickly respond to requests for enhancements and upgrades
to the RaceIt.com platform.
We work side-by-side with clients to deliver solutions that take advantage
of our clients' unique strengths. Our mission drives our success — we have
never failed a client. Our recommendations and solutions are driven by
practical experience: strategies are backed by a deep understanding of
implementation; web designs are driven by usability and end-user needs;
and development is backed by experience maintaining what we build.
The individualized experience we provide our clients is unique – world-class
expertise with a client-first focus. We differentiate ourselves from the

- 100% referenceable clients – Every client that we have ever worked with will serve as a positive reference and would work with us again. This is proven by the fact that we continue to do work with almost every client we engage; 85% of our revenue is attributed to repeat customers.
- We hire only senior people – We don’t hire people right out of college and train them on the client’s time. This helps ensure project success and accountability.
- We are the right size – We are big enough to attract the same quality resources as the largest firms and to have a breadth of skills, but we are still small enough to be flexible and extremely responsive to our clients.
- We leverage integrated design and development teams - Our designers, information architects and developers work together from start to finish. Our proven project delivery process and project management methodology has consistently led to a better platform for our customers.
