AHS Atoms CincoK Run/Walk
The CincoK (5K) is a community event open to any runners or walkers. The proceeds benefit Annandale High School Athletic Programs and College Scholarships.There are T-shirts for runners, raffle prizes and over 12 categories of Awards.
When: Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 8:30 a.m.
Pre-race registration & T-shirt/Race Bag pick-up will be from 7:30am to 8:30 AM at the school entrance by the track.

Course: This is a certified 5K course. Runners and walkers will follow a gently rolling course through neighborhood streets around Annandale High School. The Run/Walk will start on Four Year Run and finish on the oval track.
Cost to Run: Register by April 15th, 2013 - $20; April 16th, 2013 and thereafter - $25; FCPS students & AHS Faculty - $15 (all dates)
Gifts & Awards: Trophies will be presented to the top 3 overall male and female finishers of the race, and the top 2 male and female AHS students. Medals will be presented to the first and second male and female finishers in each of the following age categories: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over
Post-Race: Refreshments will be served to all participants immediately following the race. Awards and random prizes will be given out at this time.
Timing: RaceDC Timing ( http://www.racedctiming.com/) will use the ChronoTrack
timing system to score the race. The system will use a disposable
B-tag (Bib-tag), which will be secured to each runner's bib number,

T-Shirts: Participants will receive an Atoms 5K t-shirt. T-shirts
are guaranteed on date of event for those registered by 04/16/13.
T-shirts will available for late registrations on a first-come,
first-serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate everyone.
