The race/walk will begin at 7:00 AM. On-site registration begins at 6:00 AM.

Food is available before and after the event. Participants who pre-register by Friday, July 19th will receive a dry-lock shirt and goodie bag. There is no guarantee that registrants after this date or on-site registrants will receive a T-shirt or goodie bag.

The run/walk takes place on paved road. Strollers are permitted. Bring photo ID for entrance. Parking is outside gate only. It is a short walk to registration/race start line.

On-site registration is $35 cash (exact change only) or check (payable to Operation Homefront of the Virginias).  This is a private non-profit organization and Tidewater Striders Race Passes will not be accepted for payment of race registration fees.
