The Race
This RRRC Grand Prix race is run every Thanksgiving morning from the University of Richmond Student Center. The race is a perennial favorite and sells out at its limit of 1000 participants. There is a free kid's run at 8:30. All children must register to run.

The Course
The 10K course loops around the campus of the University of Richmond . The course is hilly and challenging. The race course is mostly on streets but there is about 1/2 mile on a trail by the lake. New course records were set in 2005: Brian Reutinger 32:46 and Casey Smith 36:52.

Awards
All 10K runners will receive a t-shirt. $75, $50, and $35 Gift Certificates to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Male & Female. $50, to the top masters Male & Female.

Grand Prix Race
This is a Richmond Road Runners Club Grand Prix Race. Each year the club runs a series of races and members collect points by placing or volunteering at the events. At the end of the year the male and female winners are announced as the Grand Prix Champions at the club's annual banquet.

Race Timing and Results
The race will be computer timed by the Richmond Road Runners Club. Results will be posted after completion of the race online at www.rrrc.org.

Registration
The race will reach capacity before race day. Register early. All mailed in pre-registrations must be postmarked by November 14. The Richmond Road Runners Club is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected applications. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Register Online up to November 11:59 on 22nd or until the race limit of 1000 is reached. No day of race registration.

Packet Pick-Up
Race packets may be picked up on Wednesday, November 25 from 4-7 pm at the University of Richmond Student Center (next to the lake). Packet pick-up on the day of the race will open at 7:30 am.

Parking
Parking is available at the Robbins Center on College Road.

Race Photos
Race photos will be provided by Total Photography.

Water Stops
Water will be provided by Diamond Springs and water stops will be at about every 2 miles. Refreshments will be available after each race.
