Summary:
This is our 5th annual 5K walk/run and 1K kids run. The event takes place at the Beaver Island Trail Head by St. Cloud State University. All funds raised by the event will go to support the American Spine Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising awareness of spinal health. The event takes place on Friday September 17, 2010. The 1K begins at 6:00 pm and the 5K follows at 6:30 pm.
Event Details:
The event is chip timed by Pickle Events and includes a 5K walk/run and a 1K kids run. Each participant of the 1K receives a finisher medal. The top three male and female finishers in seven different age categories of the 5K are also awarded medals. This is a great family event with a drawing for TONS of door prizes after the race.
